E-mail Conversation To Performing Arts

Dear Ashley Barnes,

I am working with a team called HAAME Studios as part of my integrated project module for my Digital Media Productions course, It was believed by are lecture Chris Hall that you would be able to help us.

We are doing a Flash - based game for Sheffield Museum based on their metalwork's collection, the game is marketed at children aged 9-12 and we have created 7 characters and would like to ask if any of your students would like to do the voices of the characters.

Also find enclosed in this e-mail a copy of the script, you will find that most of the characters speeches are not set to one character so it is up to the actor/actress to pick a character to play for that role.

If you believe you can help us find some suitable people for this then please e-mail me back to arrange a recording time or if you have any questions about it please feel free to e-mail me any queries.

Thanks for getting in touch. Can you let me know when you plan to be doing the recording? There are lots of performances at the end of this semester that the students in L6 (& to a lesser extent L5) are very focussed on. So the next four weeks might be a bit tricky.
